90nm for current CPU's. 130nm was the previous size. 65nm will be out next (Is the M2 (AMD's new CPU) going to be 65nm?)

The lower the number is better, runs cooler and you can get more onto the CPU, but there is a drawback, and that is the more voltage loss (Prescott.)
