Over-clocking's as simple as downloading some software and a couple hours worth of reading? ...links?

You don't even have to download software...the software is already there.

All you need is good RAM/CPU/motherboard and BIOS that supports over clocking and you're good to go.

Just Google overclocking tutorials, or search around the forums.

Be aware that most standard pre-build systems from dell and the like are not overclockable (or not very much).
