Old Dell Dimension L600r. Co-worker's computer that is used to do medical transcription. Tried a new video card and get the same result. Won't boot to safe mode either. I can get to the screen to choose safe mode, but this is what I get no matter which option I take. I can get into the BIOS but nothing in there makes it any different.
