Weird video card problem

I have a second computer that im about to sell but there is one problem, when the computer plays any type of video (no matter what the codec) theres a line of small red and white dots going down the side of the video, when a video is small it tends to be on the other side of the video...

I no it is the video card because i have tried it in another computer...

Have you installed the latest graphics drivers?

Does this happen in any media player, or just a specific one?

it does happen in any media player and before and after the drivers are installed, it still does it. I think its an ATI Rage fury pro. Its an older card!
