weird stuff at bootup

Well if it's showing up at least you can transfer your music for the time being.
okay, so I've did a fresh install of vista, xfer'ed stuff onto another hard drive
sure took a long time though....
now what about that "garbage" thing??
should I be worried?
so far everything seems to run fine, just bothers me
like an *** itch that you can't scratch when dining out with your girlfriend's parents :freak:

Shouldn't hurt anything I wouldn't worry about it.
try something simple.
check the jumper settings on your drive and see if you have it to master or slave. if your drive is connected to other one try using slave.
if you want to reset your BIOS just uplug your computer, pull out the small coin battery on your motherboard and wait about 15 sec. then restart. see if it shows up then.
if your drive is showing up in windows storage then you might also looking at the properties for that drive.
