Default Weird startup problem

Basicly when i hit the on button the comp starts for a second, shuts off for about 2 seconds then goes back on and stays on, just wondering how i could fix this, i know its not really a problem but id just like to know whats up wiht it

E6300 Core 2 Duo
2 Gbs OCZ PLatinum 800Mhz
250 Gb Western Digital
OCZ Modsteam 450W
7900GT Gainward

I would check to make sure your power button isnt sticking.. once in awhile I have that problem.. its not really on and it pops back out and shuts off.. idk maybe you've already tried it.
