Default weird sound in my pc

ok let's get this started
today by mistake my pc got unplugged from the power suply
when started i can hear a weird sound coming from inside
it's like Tick...3 secs ...tick ...3 secs...tick
when this sound is heard the pc freezes and i can't do anything
without the sound the pc is not freezed and i can do what ever i want
but the sound is continuous
every like 2 mins it is back for 10sec
guys help me please

sounds like some thing shorting out in side your power supply.

You look at replacing it before is goes Tick Tick Pop.

Could be your harddrive making that sound!! Take the cover off and see if you can tell!!
