Do you believe in Darwinism? Uneducated people that play with charged capacitors are tempting the fates to irradicate them from the shallow end of the gene pool.

Notice there is no "P" in the _ool... Keep it that way!!!! LOL

I'd say the say as above... replace it, or get a replacement soon, so if it does go you have another one handy.
