what im saying is the 6800 (apg) and the 5500(pci) get virtually the same fps and i know for a fact that that 5500 works and i know for a fact that it can run these games with a 25-30fps both the agp and pci card get about 7-12 fps

How do you know it can get 25-30 FPS with this PCI card and not with the AGP card. I don't get it. BTW have you check maybe to see if you might have the game on too high of a setting that might be the problem why your performance is suffering?
