Wat The **** Is Wrong?

I have bought the following:

Retail: 1 gig samsung 400mhz ram 184
PSU antec 2.0 SLI enabled 500watts
Zelmans nice HEATsink and fan

of ebay: 3500+ amd
dfi lanparty nf4 ut unltra-d

of forums: 6600gt

I put every thing together, installed windows, the first time i was on windows everything worked supper good, the second time i reset it began to lag like ****, nothing would open up, no internet, no folders, nothing!!! It loads up fine about 1/20 times, it then runs flawlessly, then as soon as i restart it it keep lagging, untill it loads up nicely. What could be wrong? ALSO then i press ctrl alt del the windo pops up and i got to prosses and there is like 300 things running like :

(no cd crack) spider man
(no cd crack) magamen
FREE pics britney spears www.something.com
(no cd) bf2 no cd crack

I tryed to find them so i can delete them but they just aren't any place...

I reinstalled windows totaly and the same thing keep hapening, what is wrong?

Run spyware scans using Microsoft Antispyware and an antivirus scan from www.antivirus.com. Looks like you infected your system already.

go to www.majorgeeks.com and download Spybot and Micorsoft antispyware beta and adaware and clean that system!! You are lagging because you have a bunch of spyware/malware running on our system!!!
