VX2433WM's power LED gone wrong

Hey guys it's been a while since I've been on TF and hope you guys welcome me back. The problem I am having is with my new monitor (not really new now) that worked great for the first week but after that the power LED started to flicker on and off (blue color) and after 2 weeks or so it won't show up again. However the yellow-orange standby LED is still working perfectly and I saw a video on youtube stating the same problem YouTube - ViewSonic VX2433WM ??????? ????. It's been 2 months since I got this LCD monitor and should I RMA my monitor? I am quite happy with the display and everything and there are no dead pixels or anything which I am happy about it.

so let me get this straight.....it's just the LED that is gone and you want it back?
