Hi my friend has got a problem with his voltages he has been experienceing problems with his graphics card an ati x1900 xtx which keeps getting funny lines and allsorts so i tried the usual new drivers etc now when i was looking in the bios i found that the 3.3v rail is running at 2.8v i have never seen it running so low is that normal and would it cause it to crash cheers .
