Which videocard's better?

The new ATI cards aren't much of a match for the high end nVidia cards, but as far as the mid range dx10 the ATI 2k series blows away nvidia in all tests. The marks for the 1950 series are better. But you can crossfire the 2600 and rape with it.

He's saying, that you should run two HD 2600PROs (crossfire), and it will beat the X1950 series. But it's more expensive, then just getting an X1950XT, which is more than enough to play all games, at reasonable settings.

X1950XT is a great card. But if you're going to switch to Vista for DX10 games within a year or so, it would be wise to get the HD 2600PROs. Crossfire or not

The HD 2600PRO is not that much of a card, for DX10 gaming. Within a year, will be the next ATI and Nvidia series.

Really ATI is dropping out of the high end gaming card scene. It most likely isn't paying off how they would have liked, but their focusing on their mid range series and making that the best money can buy, which it is right now.

Yeah, they are. They're focusing on better quality graphics rather then performance.
