Video Issues

Some videos I play come out all weird colors, like pink, blue, green and orange, but if i play the video from another source it comes out fine. It used to all come out fine, but lately it's been miscolored. Any ideas?

Sound's like a codec problem,Try the k-lite codec pack and see if it help's any.

Sadly, it didn't work I nstalled k-lite and it still comes up miscolored. Thank you though.

Which player are you using? Lately i've been using VLC player and i haven't had 1 problem playing any type of video file what so ever.

it's usually when i just load a video that's linked through a website or something like videocodezone.com, but it's any player.. RealPlayer, Windows Media.. it's just random videos.
I can usually get videos to work in WinAmp, but i've tried reinstalling the other players, downloading codecs and nothing seems to fix them.

could be a driver issue, or an artifacting video card. make sure the monitor cable is connected properly but i doubt thats it because the way you say it its confined completely to the video.
