I have an i5 2500k 3.3ghz processor

8mb RAM

Asrock extreme4 gen3 p67 motherboard?

Radeon HD 5770 video card.

64bit win 7

I wiped the computer clean and re-installed windows.

I have been trying to play WoW but it is very choppy/laggy with around 10 fps on fair settings. I used to be able to play on ultra.

This is with the driver software for my video card that came on the disc - when I update the drivers online to the new catalyst software the video card stops working entirely and wow wont launch. When I try to open catalyst software it says that the host process cannot be found, its like I dont have a video card or something.

Please help, thank you.

Ok thanks for your response.

I did all of that and now when I try to install the display driver (from AMD website) my computer rejects it and says something about needing a digitally signed driver and basically that the one I am trying to install isnt genuine...when it is.

I might try just wiping my system clean again and reinstalling windows and starting from scratch....I am not sure how to fix this. I have tried everything it seems.
