Video card issues

I have a 7800 gtx evga on a asus sli motherboard. My video card isnt making funny noises or anything and everything seems to be running fine. The computer isnt slow or laggy and i have all of the drivers and everything installed. But the games are pixelated and laggy they seem as if i have the graphics all the way down even when i have them all the way up. its laggy even when they are down. can someone tell me the problem im sure the video card isnt burnt out.

go to www.nvidia.com and download the lastest drivers.. if that doesn't work.. Download rivatuner and check the temps on your GPU core.
