Video Card Error?

okay, i'm not getting any signal on my monitor. no beeps, anything. its a 7800GTX. the computer turns on with 4 red LEDs. its my sig rig. is it my video card that needs to be RMAd? i've tired two monitors, i've taken the HDDs out, one ram stick out, and the soundcard out and tried. still nothing. my optical drive isnt recieving power because its not ejecting.... whats the probelm???

yes i couldnt boot with my 9800pro then i put my TNT2 in and it booted

i never said psu and i never edited

yeah you did edit. ok i'll take your word but do i RMA it to newegg or to eVGA beacuse i had to RMA my case to thermaltake in california

RMA it to newegg or eVGA if you like, but i like newegg's RMA. let see it arrived in CA on tuesday took a day to whatever shipped and recieved to here in MA from CA in two days i got it friday

i had to pay 20 dollars for fedex express shipping lol for my video card. meh it was ok got it in 2 days supposed to be 3 lol.
