Video card broken, or WTF?

If you are experiencing artifacting this means one thing... New Graphics card. I have ran across this problem several times now. It is mainly an over clocking issue, but there is also viruses you can get that will over clock your gpu w/o you knowing it. I just fixed a computer that caught an overclocking virus, they are nasty, usually from gaming site and such. If that is truely your case, there is nothing to do but ditch the old gpu and get a new one.
