Very Urgent Booting problem

This is very urgent just so you all know. Well I am having a problem while trying to boot up Windows XP Pro. What it does is it goes through all the BIOS things. Fine. Then it gets to the Windows XP logo. It is like it doesn't even allow the logo to fully load onto the screen before it reboots. So it is just rebooting over and over again. I have absolutley no idea what the problem could be. Oh and I did just partition my drive with partition magic. I split the drive in half and left the windows part on primary.

And I did that because I am going to install vista beta 2. So I don't know if it was a problem with the partition or what.

turn off automatic reboot in the bios, if u have the option....then you might be able to diagnose the problem
