Default Various BSOD's, need help!

Hi all, my first post here!

My computer:

Asrock 775-Dual-VSTA (VIA PT880 Pro/Ultra)
Pentium D 820
Sparkle Nvidia 7600gt
OCZ 2x1gb DDR2 667
Samsung 7200rpm 160gb hd

Basically the last few weeks I've been getting BSOD's almost always when playing games (most noticeably in F.E.A.R), temperature's of the cpu and gpu are fine, so i don't think overheating is the problem, I also haven't overclocked.

The BSOD's I've been getting:

The PAGE_FAULT bsod says the problem is Nv4disp.dll, I had that pop up a while back, but dissapeared after I updated my graphics card driver (couple of month's ago). I also downloaded the latest VIA chipset driver 2 days ago hoping that would fix the problem, but it didn't.

Is this all driver related? memory at fault? etc.

Any advice is welcome (except chucking it out the window.)
