The User Profile service service logon failed.
My grandma's laptop just started displaying this message whenever she tries logging in. I'm able to login to her profile in safe mode, and I have looked at the Microsoft solutions to fix this problem. What's troubling me is that I'm unable to access the Registry Editor or simply create another profile incase I want to just back up her files and transfer them over to a clean profile. She's the administrator on her account, so I should have access to both the Registry Editor and Managing another account.
Can anyone explain to me why I'm unable to access these controls?
