Ok, well basicly, whenever i turn the computer on, sometimes it wont connect to the internet and it says it doesnt recognize the usb device, which is my wireless adapter.

Sometimes, it will be fine and work but other times not, is there any solution to this.

OS: Windows Vista 32-bit Home Premium
Wireless Adapter: Belkin
PC Model: Packard Bell IMEDIA J2422

Perhaps your wireless adapter is dying. Could you try using it for a few minutes on another PC?
Do you have a USB flash drive or mouse (or anything USB for that matter), that you can use to test that exact USB port, so you can see if there's anything up with it?

Do you ahve the proper drivers for the device installed? Are they the most up to date ones? Do you have the proper chipset drivers installed? Are they the most up to date ones?

Yes Proper drivers are installed, basicly, the front usb ports dont work, when the internet adapter doesnt work and the printer fails to work aswell when it happens, it sounds like a very dodgy usb ports. is there any real fix to this?

and the drivers are the most up to date ones.

Have you checked to make sure that the cable from the front of the case to the mobo are still connected properly?
