Default USB Network Bridge Cable

I have a PC that I use to access the Internet and have just bought a new PC. Can I use a USB Network Bridge Cable to access the net through my original PC?

Thanks Howard

I'm not sure whether or not you can use ICS with USB. I have only used it with a crossover network cable...
