Default USB Issues

Hi, Having problems with my USB's....i think anyway!

I have a mouse, a webcam and a usb audio mixer plugged in usualy. The audio mixer uses up about 65% of the bandwidth of the usb's. I am having a problem after using the mixer, i close the software, go to use the webcam and i get the BSOD. Anyone got any ideas how i can get round this. Can i get a motherboard that will suite my need for usb power
