Usb Issues

Hi i recently had my Pc in at a tech to get a new power supply put in under warranty and now when i boot my pc up it doesnt read my mouse or key board on the usb , my mouse has no power, but when i shut my pc off my mouse turns on ....hmmm so im kinda wonderin of what to do about it any help appreciated thanks.

Check in the BIOS for USB power On.

Make sure everything USB is enabled.

Make sure the two arent reversed if you are using serial connections...
