USB Connection Question

I am building a new system and I'm hooking up my front USB.
The thing I'm not sure of is the two connectors coming from the front are both identical. They are both 4 pin instead of having one 5 pin and one 4 pin. I'm assuming that they both go on one connector. I have a Asus A8n32-SLI Deluxe Mobo.
