USB audio card doesn't light up anymore

Hello guys,

I have had this USB audio card for a few months now (less than 3 months), today it doesn't even light up red... I tried it on another computer and it doesn't light up either.. Is there any solution/explanation to this? Can I make it work without buying a new one?

P.S: It lit up just a little bit for a couple of seconds at one point of the day, but I don't think it matters.

What kind of audio usb device is this ? examples: creative, startech, asus.
Also did you buy it new from the manufacturer in retail package or oem version sold in online stores ?

I see then, if it didn't work on your main computer and on another computer.
I say its about had it, I know you don't want to get another.
