This is my motherboard ECS Web Site > H61H2-M2 (V1.0) and it doesn't support usb 3.0, so my question is If I buy PCI express 3.0 usb card will that 'fix' the problem or it means if MB doesn't support it there is no help. Thanks guys, I am new and don't know lot about computers.

Yes you can get a PCI-E 1x card. They usually come with SATA3 and USB3.
