Usb 2.0

For some reason my USB 2.0 don't function as usb 2.0 ports but rather reduced speed ports.

Anyone have a fix for this?
I have the latest service pack and the latest updates.. although I am lacking a few.

Did you update your motherboard drivers? chipset drivers?

yeah. i think i did.

well when i try to install usb 2.0 on my driver cd it tells me to install SP1.

i did but i still dont have it.

my mobo is a tforce550
