My pc has this 2 doors at front of the tower (USB) and 2 (microphone & audio), so, i bought a new motherboard (ASUS P4P800-VM) but i dont know were to connect the cables, anyone have any idea?

any help?

your new motherboard may or may not have connections for front panel usb and most likely wont have the audio jacks. some sound cards will have a connector for front panel but not all. refer to your manual and it will tell you if and where to plug up front panel usb

You can download the manual from here, and look in it. It'll tell you exactly where and what pins to use for audio and USB.
