Urgent, Need Help Immediately

okay, i got my dvd to eject and i took it out. theres a yellow light on the dvd drive and it wont work. i tried pressing the eject button but it wont move. my other dvd drive that isnt recognisable as well by my computer will eject properly. but why doesnt the other one work if i got the dvd out ?

Not yet.

Turn off your computer, disconnect it, ground yourself against the case (touch the case), open your computer panel and disconnect or remove the drive that had the "faulty" cd in it. Reboot, repost when you have done this.

NICE, my dvd drive works now, but what do i do with the other dvd drive?

niiiiice, what i did was switch the faulty dvd drive to slave and the other to master and it works perfectly now, THANK YOU COMPUTER NERDS
