Upgrade my memory to 400 mhz? IDE Channel mode?

On my nforce tune "ntune" Asus management Troubleshoot it says upgrade my memory speed to 400 mhz from 266 mhz.

How do I do this? do they mean ram memory or is my chip not working right? or is my video card not working right?

I'm on the IDE Channel mode.

primary master channel: UDMA mode 5
primary slave channel: PIO mode
secondary master channel: UDMA mode 4
secondary slave channel: UDMA mode 2

It recommends change ide drive mode from pio to udma mode and this will increase disk read/write preformance

Does any of this have anything to do with my games lagging?

What CPU do you have and what type of ram is installed in it currently?

change to UDMA!!! PIO is painfully slow.
