Default Updating video card bios

I am in the process of trying to get my MOBO RMA'd, has to do with the nvlddmkm error. I am talking to someone from Gigabyte and he keeps telling me to update my video card bios.

I could not find any bios download on EVGA's website. Is there a way to update the bios on my card? I have heard it is pretty risky and could kill the card. If that happens, would I still be able to RMA the card?

Default Re: Updating video card bios

Don't flash your video cards bios. Just try an older video card driver. The newer 190 series drivers are causing a lot of problems for a lot of users. I'm using the 186.16's
