Default Updating the BIOS

Now ive never done this before and I was curious how do you update the BIOS with the latest BIOS Update. Is it done in Windows or DOS?

There are some utilities that allow you to do it in windows, but most do it in DOS.

What motherboard do you have. Most of their websites have tutorials on how to do it.

Well my motherboard right now is pretty old, I have a PC-100 with the SIS chipset on it. One of the reasons why I posted the thread about the Dual Core computer that im interested in buying.
