update bios

i have a bug (i think) if my computers idle i get a blue screen (with no writing on it) then my computer shutsdown, i have vista premium and i reinstalled it just to make sure it wasnt a bug on he OS but it still does it,

should i update my bios or is there another way of fixing this error?? help would be cool

Try reseting the BIOS, flashing it will most likely be a waste of time. Are you sure its not a hardware problem/or Vista driver?

no ive solved it, i read somewhere its to do with graphiccs cards overheating so i taped a 80mm fan to the heatsink of my card and it has been fine, thanks for the reply though.
