PEOPLE!! my lovely people.

i dont know whats just happened, but i found my old via driver, and not only has it fixed the choppyness, but its fixed the sound too!!
I have no more yellow exclamation marks.
Im not sure how a video driver fixed all this, but it has, so dabble in drivers no MORE i say!
Awesome. No seriously.. awesome.
Cheers for your help everyone, youve been the string pulling my sanity back to normal at every step! I can only hope.. something.. doesnt go wrong again :P

it is becoz you load the VIA chipset driver ... if not all the VIA Video and sound drive won't funtion at all .. ^^

Might I suggest making a few copies of that driver to keep handy for future use?
