SOunds like you will probably need to flash and upgrade you bios this is one option. 2, Try inserting known good RAM, option 3. go to
the control panel, then system and security, then recovery mode. Down the bottom of the screen is a writing saying advanced recovery option click this. MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP YOUR FILES FIRST AS ALL WILL BE WIPED. Click restore to factory condition this will take few minutes to a hour. After the computer restores the unit to original factory condition. only load back on important files as this problem could have been down to a virus hidden in one or more of your files. Hope this information helps.
