I've been talking to a guy named jeremy about this problem for a while, but I wana see if anyone else can help me fix this (as it is not looking good so far

All the timings under "northbridge chipset configuration" are greyed out, not leting me change them. I'm using 512x2 2700 corsair RAM and I've also tried 1x512 Ocz 3200 ram from my friends comp. None work. I'm getting this weird ACPI error whenever I'm trying to start up and instal windows, and getting TONS of errors on memtest (like 600+ in 15 mins) Right now it says my settings are:
200 hmz
cas tatency(tcl) -2.0
ras/cas delay: 3
min active ras: 5
row precharge time: 2
ras/ras delay: 2
row cycle: 11
row refresh cycle: 24
read write delay: 3
read preamble: 5.5 ns
asynchornous latency: 7 ns
Anyone know how to fix this? Im using a 4400+ x2, the mobo i mentioned, and an x1900xtx, and a enermax liberty 620w psu
edit: and the bios is up to date (1103)
