Turning on the computer..strange OS load

Hello. After turning on my computer I get a screen that prompts me with F1 or to press F2 to resume loading of my operating system.

Then I get a screen that prompts me to press enter the start windows normally..then I will get the windows vista password screen.

Is there a way after turning on the computer to simply have the computer load the windows vista password screen?

Try another new battery for your cmos (bios) It's a coin battery located on the motherboard, #2032 is the replacement anywhere they sell batteries

also check your hard drive, You can get a diagnostic .iso file to burn a boot disk from the hard drive manufacture
