Thanks for the reply.
I am trying No.2 method as follow from the link:
Method 1: Access CMD as Administrator
Type cmd in the Search button.
Right click Command Promptand select Run as Administrator.
Type rd /s /q H:\$Recycle.bin
I mean where I have to click for to run "Common Promptand" select as Administrator?

It says how to access cmd as admin right before the command.

Click Start
Type "cmd" (without quotes) in the Search button.
Right click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.

Okay. I got it.
But when I trying number 3 like this:
Type rd /s /q H:\$Recycle.bin Then nothing happening at all.
Parameter format not correct. This message comes up.

I type it after C:\User\my name>rd /s /q H:\$Recycle.bin
After that I press ènter.

You didn't run it as Admin. If you ran it as admin, the prompt would start with "C:\Windows\System32".
