Default Tranferring Files to Ext. HDD

Hey people I just bought a 200GB Western Digital external HDD that is in a Galaxy Enclosure with one touch backup. I am writing because I HAVE NO CLUE how to transfer my music and my call of duty 2 over to my HDD. I want them on there so i can get them off of my Dell Inspiron 9300 Laptop. I have purchase Genie Backup Manager Pro 6.0 but i have no clue how to work this. When i back up The Activision folder in my Program Files using Genie it saves the backup as a .gbp file extension. Can someone please tell me the easiest way to take my Activision/CallofDuty2 folder and put it on my HDD so i can take it off my present laptop. Also my music and movies on here. THANKS A LOT.

Can't you just plug in your external hard drive and drag files over?
