I have a Toshiba Tecra 9000 running windows xp pro and the sound card is not being picked up in windows environment. I have reloaded XP and loaded the drivers that are XP compatible. The sound card has the SD card reader and IR ports on it both of them are working. I have ran out of troubleshooting steps. Any help would do
