Hi, I have a problem with my Toshiba P25-S509 Satellite Notebook. 1/4 of the screen up at the top has a big white block going across it. You cant see anything past it but it only covers the top part of the screen. Also when I hooked it up to a monitor there was no white smearing across the top. For some reason I can only use the monitor display until it gets into windows. I try to change video settings but it I cant get it to show up on the monitor display. Also when I insert a cd into the drive and I try to run the cd it says system device I/O error. Can anyone help me with these issues. Thank you.
