Default Toshiba Laptop monitor problem

Hey, I'm have a problem with a laptop which is running dual monitors. The person who set up the laptop to run this way somehow locked the normal option to set the primary monitor. The check box that should allow me to change it, is greyed out. I've tried any key on the laptop itself that could or would change it, still doesn't want to switch. So if you know any reason or know how to fix this, please do tell. Thank you

There should be an option in you're video card settings. Right click you're desktop - goto properties - settings - advanced - and you're video card tab at the top. and on the left side there should be an option about dual monitors.
Rebuilding in progress... Pending Specs....
