Default too many running processes?

C:\Program Files\LookInMyPC\Reports\QUIXOTIC\LookInMyPCReport .htm

here's a report generated from LookinMyPc. I was wondering if I have too many running processes? Btw this is just when I start up my computer. Sometimes my computer just lags and it really annoys me so I was wondering if that was the problem.

You know we can't see the report off your computer.

Click Start > Run > type MSCONFIG > click Startup tab > uncheck everything but your antivirus and firewall, plus anything you can't live without > OK > reboot. Once your computer restarts, a grey box will pop up. Check Do not run on startup > OK.

Uninstall LookInMyPC. Download and run MIcrosoft Windows Defender, as well as SpyBot and Ad Aware.

You probably need a good defrag as well:
