Too many laptop errors (pics includeD)

This is an Inspiron Laptop 1501

I boot it up and i get this error msg

i boot it up again and try safe mode and i get this

So i th ought windows was missing some files so i enter the xp cd and setup files are loading and this i get this

Then i try running the windows mem diagnostics test and i get this

So is it the ram or wat?
