That's not too bad. The 64s do run a little warm, as well as the ATI chipsets. You're motherboard is running incredibly cool ... so overall, I'd say not too shabby.

11.84/11.78 on the +12v is considered stable,im sayin "considered" cuz it could have been much better, the +5v is very stable, the +3.3v is bit low but stable, while the +12v/+3.3 are stable enough to run windows/games they may become unstable during playing heavy games , the cpu/motherboard/gpu/hd temperatures are very good

ive looked in several x700 pro reviews and couldnt find anything about the temperature i guess most x700 pro cards dont have a sensor and you got lucky , anyway in general todays modern midstream to high end cards run in very high and similar temperatures so you probably got nothin to worry about altough you can probably drop the temperature by a few degrees if youll get better cooling but its unnessiary

LOL...I've figured out what was wrong! My fan on the GFX card hasn't been working! Good temps...Without a fan???

it was an assumption as i alredy explained , wether the fan was working or not i just naturally assumed it was (it usally is) considering the assumption i had no reason to suspect it isnt workin , and can you say for sure the fan wasnt working at the time you posted those temperatures?
