just downloaded everest home edition and i get these temps:

motherboard: 38 degrees celcius
CPU: 37 degrees celcius
Aux: 95 degrees celcius

obviously i know what the CPU and Motherboard temps are but whats Aux, whatever it is that temp seems high

Yea...that temperature does seem really high. I been reading the aux, is the power supply temperature. I could be wrong. I also read that sometimes, it can be a bogus reading.

yeah i got that feeling like temp1 in speedfan is like 95 degrees celcius

Try Restarting your comp and leaving it for a while

If it's a real problem when you execute the program and check the temprature it should show it as rising i.e. 50 -55 -65 - 69 -73 etc.

If it already says it is 95 after having a long restart then its just the program

Speedfan does have a tendency to show bogus temperatures.

i think the Aux temp is a dud as nothing on my system is that hot and it runs fine

What is Aux anyways? Is it actually the PSU temperature?

i dont think so as my PSU us about 20 degrees not 95
