I found out my 120mm back fan was broken/dieing i replaced it with a new one and now it went from 400rpm to 981 - 1188rpm big difference ill say.. the TMPIN0 went from 73C to 67 - 69C hey i guess its a start lol.. im hoping by me getting some of that thermal you sent me it would shave some more degrees off.

How cool the core#0, core#1, core#2 core#3 should be at?

I am running:

Dell 0R849J Motherboard
4GB DDR3
Core i7 920, 2.67ghz
ATI 4850 Radeon HD graphics card
Corsair 450Watts power supply
NZXT Airflow king Case
6 - 120mm case fans.

Yes those temps are high especially since your cpu is not under load and set at stock from what I get from your screenshots.

download and run prime and post back your temps when it is running.
Free Software - GIMPS

My guess is you will be close to 70C at load which is the max 24/7 temp you want to run an i7 with.

I would invest in an aftermarket heatsink.

Thanks For the comments and suggestions again, yes im deff going for a new heat-sink ill come back with the temps after its installed.
