Ya ATIs really pissed me off lately with their terrible customer service (they make you fill in a gigantic form, im not doing that), and their hard to find stuff site. Plus if you google 9800 tearing you find lots of people with the same problem. Soon as the 6800 gt comes down in price im gonna get it maybe once its 300$ (Canadian).

This is what i fitted as soon as i bought the card last year

because all the reviews slated the crappy stock HSF

temperature and noise are both issues with the stock fan

This keeps the card quiet and cool


ASUS A7N8X-X mainboard
Athlon XP 3200+
1 GB Ram
120 GB HD (IDE)
250 GB HD (IDE)
128 MB Radeon 9800 PRO with custom H/S fan
8 x DVD Writer + DVD ROM
8 Meg ADSL (with ****ty ISP Bulldog)
Mystify Mamba mouse
And still ****ty fps in CS Source.
